Use of automobiles should be
minimized. Industrial smoke must
be filtered before releasing into the
atmosphere. By planting more trees to
get pure air (O2) and reduce the CO2 content in the environment.
IN future

Water pollution reduces the amount of fresh water that is available for agriculture, drinking, swimming, fishing the wastages coming from industries and farms mainly from leather industries affect the water resources in rivers .

water  pollution

UNO announced the river paallar in tamilnadu  has been listed among top five rivers in the world to be polluted more and more hazardous to the human beings who use this water.
Because, the river paallar contains some very small amount of cyanide.
river paallar would be like this

This river is mainly polluted by industries. These industries releases their wastages directly into the river.

THEN HOW TO PREVENT THIS RIVER ?
Cleaning of water is a process of
removing pollution before it enters
a water body. This process of waste
water treatment is commonly known
as Sewage Treatment.

 Waste Water Treatment Plant
Treatment of waste water involves physical, chemical and biological
processes.
1. At first, waste water is passed through bar screens.
2. Large objects like sticks, cans and plastic packets are removed.
3. The water is then passed through a grit chamber in which sand
is removed.
4. The water is then allowed to settle in a large tank.
5. Solid materials settle at the bottom.
6. Then the water is transferred to the next tank having a skimmer. This
skimmer removes the floating solids like oil and grease.
7. Next, air is pumped through water in an aeration tank to help aerobic
bacteria to grow. The bacteria consumes unwanted matters that still
remain in water.
8. The treated water has a very low level of organic material and suspended matter. It is discharged into a river.

                                                                                                                      water sewage treatment
Over a millions of tons of oils deliberately discharged into world’s oceans
Every year by tankers by routine cleaning of their tanks

A sea bird get covered in oils is obviously in great distress, because oil covering the waxy covering of its feathers causing it to became water logged and often todrown or die of cold.

Save the Polar beer

we should prevent the global warming by planting trees and avoid use of vehicles .
Because global warming are heat up the earth atmosphere and melt the most of  ice bergs is dangerous to polar beer, one of the endangered animals in the world and melt of ice bergs also cause sea level rise and disappear of islands.so do your best to avoid the release of green house gases.
Use of cycles is also good for health .so do your best and save our amazing species polar beer, the king of icelands

endangered species of western ghats

SHOLAS

A special type of mountain forests found in western ghats regions of kerala and Karnataka and some parts of tamilnadu. These are small patches of evergreen  located along the valleys of upper mountain. The mountain slopes are covered with short grasses.
The presence of shoal forest makes the western ghats, the ecological hotspot of india. Sholas are known as forest associated with the streamlets.
Scientifically, shoals are tropical montane forests situated in the higher mountain tracts of western ghats.  They are continuation of the west coastal tropic wet evergreen forests in the higher altitudes.
Shola forests have high ecological significance in protecting the head waters of rivers. They have the capability of holding up water received by precipitation like a sponge way and thus preventing the rapid run off.
India has more than 89000 of animal species. The country has more than 1200 species of fish which account for nearly 12% of worlds stock,  It also shares between 5-8% of the world’s amphibians, reptiles and mammals. According to decrease in the forest cover , number of wild animal have been extinct and the large species are under the treat of extinction.
